Where we ship
We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally yet.
Processing & delivery
- Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day ship the same day; otherwise the next business day.
- Standard delivery is 3–5 business days in the contiguous 48 states.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $40 and on every Two-Pack and subscription. Orders under $40 are a flat $4.95.
- You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically every 30 days with free shipping. We email you a few days before each renewal so you can skip, delay, or cancel.
Returns & the 60-night promise
We stand behind Viverest with a 60-night sleep promise. If it isn’t right for you, email support@viverest.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no need to ship the canister back. Approved refunds land on your original payment method within 14 days. One promise refund per household.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@viverest.com within 7 days and we’ll ship a replacement right away at no cost.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
